Returns Policy

We will be accepting returns up to 5 business days after delivery. Please ship returned items to P.O. Box

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Due to COVID-19 order processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you chosen, shipping date estimates may vary. Tracking numbers will be provided once the item is shipped.

Accepting Our Terms

This document below makes up our Terms of Use (the “Terms” for short). The Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Montee’s. Montee’s website is owned and operated by Elijah Pierson. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services. Montee’s offers visitors the opportunity to purchase, sell and promote products. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

By agreeing to the Terms, you agree to resolve all disputes through binding individual arbitration, which means that you waive any right to have those disputes decided by a judge, or jury, and that you waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

This contract lays out your rights and responsibilities when you use shopmontees.com, and the other services provided by Montees (we’ll refer to all of these collectively as our “Services”), so please read it carefully and to its entirety . By using any of our Services (even just browsing our website), you’re agreeing to the Terms. If you don’t agree with the Terms, you may not use our Services.

Your Privacy

We understand that your personal information is important to you, so it’s important to us. By using our Services, you’re also agreeing that we can process your information in the ways set out in the Privacy Policy. Each brand/party is responsible for the personal information they process when providing services to customers.

Your Account with Montee’s

In order to use our Services you will need to create an account with us. Listed below are some rules about an account with Montees:

1. You must be 18 years or older to use or Services. Minors under 18 and at least 13 years of age are only permitted to use our Services through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian. The direct supervision and permission of the parent or legal guardian is required. Children under 13 years are not permitted to use Montees or the Services. You are responsible for any and all accounting activity conducted by a minor on your account.

2. Provide accurate information about yourself and your business. It’s prohibited to use false information or impersonate another person or company through your account

3. Choose an appropriate name. You may not use language that is offensive, vulgar, infringes someone’s intellectual property rights, or otherwise violates the Terms.

4. Account Responsibility. You’re solely responsible for any activity on your account. If you’re sharing an account with other people, the person whose financial information is on the account will ultimately be responsible for all activity. Your accounts are not transferable. If you’re registering as a business entity, you personally guarantee that you have the authority to agree to the Terms on behalf of the business

5. Protect your account. As mentioned prior, you’re solely responsible for any activity on your account, so it is important to keep your account password secure.

6. These Terms don’t create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and Montee’s.

Your Content

Let’s refer to all the content that you post using our Services, as “Your Content”. We will not make any claim to this content which includes logo pictures, listing photos, listing descriptions, shop names, comments, reviews, videos, usernames, etc.

1. Responsibility to your Content. You understand that you are solely responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you have all right to Your Content and that you are violating or infringing any third party’s rights by posting it.

2. The prices you charge for using our services and for your products, are listed on the website.

3. Permission to Use your Content. By posting your content through Montees, you grant Montee’s a license to use it. We don’t claim any ownership to Your Content, but we have your permission to use it to help Montee’s function and grow. This way, we won’t be infringing any rights you have in Your Content and we can help promote it. This may occur whenever we have promotions on our site. You acknowledge and agree Montee’s may offer you or Montee’s buyer’s promotions on the site. This may relate to your listings

4. Rights you Grant Montee’s. By posting Your Content, you grant Montee’s a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use, display, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, store, and prepare derivative works of Your Content. This allows us to provide the Services and to promote Montee’s, your brand, or the Services in general, in any formats and through any channels, including across any Montee’s Services.

Responsibilities for services and products

When a damaged product is received by a buyer/customer, it is your duty (as the vendor) to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a refund upon the prompt return of the product. The vendor will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customers and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to Montee’s.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, services marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music and all intellectual property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Elijah Pierson. Except as excplicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicily display, publicily perform, publish, adapt, edit por create derivative works thereof.
